Work for Jigsaw
Our Team
We are a team of specialist support workers providing 24/ 7 support to the people we support. Our staff are qualified and trained with specialist skills to support challenging people with mental health and learning disabilities to lead an independent life. We pride ourselves for providing in depth specialist training to make sure that they have the right skills to add value to the lives of the people we support.
Our recruitment process is designed to assess the right values to be in a care/support role and their fitment culturally within the organization. We go an extra mile in terms of assessing their soft skills during the training and induction to ensure their compatibility and fitment into the right service.
Our training goes beyond the mandatory care certificate training and we take pride in investing in our staff with specialist training like positive behavior support, epilepsy, first aid and autism training. We provide our staff with opportunities to develop and progress within the organization by empowering them to lead and implement projects they feel passionate about which can add value to the organisation. Staff have opportunities to develop themselves as lead practitioners to be called PBS and autism champions.

From the Source
“Jigsaw has been the best experience for me, from the people you work with to the people you support no day is the same and everyone works as a team, management is great! My manager has helped and supported me immensely since I have been here and has been such an inspiration to me, I’m proud when I say to people I work for jigsaw.”
“I find the company to be incredibly supportive and lovely people to work for.
Any support I personally need, I can call the relevant person within the company and know that I will get the support I am looking for straight away.
In particular through the Coronavirus pandemic. Jigsaw ensured that they had a supply of PPE well before lock down even began. The communication from the company was faultless, continuously kept us in the loop, (whilst the government didn't) and I felt safe and protected throughout the pandemic, therefore I think this rubbed off on the people we support too. Ensuring that they felt safe and happy throughout a very challenging time.”
“Fast paced but fun, good training, patient while training.
Flexible shifts, excellent support systems, excellent outcomes for the people we support. Everyone is motivated and willing to help each other out. The managers would make sure everyone is supported and have something to do to ensure the people we support have the best experience. Overall, a fun environment to be in with everyone getting along and being positive. It's a wonderful company to work for and I would go back any day.”
“great company to work for with a great team. lots of opportunities within the company. I have really enjoyed my time here. doing lots of great work .”
“My youngest son has autism and i have been caring for him all of his life. He went into education in 2017 which gave me the opportunity to get back into work. After a couple of not-so-great experiences i applied to Jigsaw after hearing about them from a friend’s son who had been supported by them. As a carer for my son i have learned a great deal and Jigsaw acknowledged that, and although i had to learn how things work in terms of CQC and other guidance, they have treated my personal experience as valuable and have helped me build on that. I've been able to complete a qualification while at Jigsaw and have been given chances to progress”.
