Jill Woods
Jill Woods has dedicated more than 35 years to working within health and social care. Jill founded Jigsaw almost 30 years ago with a clear vision: to provide compassionate, inspirational and person-centred support that enables people to live meaningful lives filled with opportunity, dignity and purpose.
Jill has extensive experience supporting autistic people and individuals with complex needs, with a particular specialism in understanding behaviours and reactions, and in preventing, de-escalating and safely managing crisis situations in a trauma-informed and respectful way.
With a wide range of health and social care qualifications, Jill leads on PROACT-SCIPr training across the organisation, helping to ensure Jigsaw’s workforce is highly skilled, reflective and focused on improving quality of life outcomes for the individuals they support.

Lucy Warwick
Lucy is the Director of Operations and plays a key role in ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. She supports the day-to-day coordination of services, internal processes, communication, and operational planning.
With a practical and organised approach, Lucy helps turn ideas into workable systems, ensuring that clients, partners, and team members receive a reliable and responsive service. Her role is central to maintaining high standards, supporting business development, and helping the organisation grow in a structured and sustainable way.
Lucy brings a calm, solution-focused approach to operations and is committed to making sure that the organisation remains professional, well-coordinated, and easy to work with.

Dr Pavlos Kasdovasilis
Dr Pavlos Kasdovasilis is an HCPC-registered Health Psychologist who acts as Chair of the Board and Non-Executive Director at Jigsaw. He brings a strong clinical, academic and strategic background, with experience across health, social care, governance, supervision, staff wellbeing and service improvement.
In his role, Pavlos provides independent advice, oversight and strategic challenge to support Jigsaw’s leadership team and wider organisational development. He helps ensure that key decisions remain person-centred, evidence-informed and aligned with Jigsaw’s values, while supporting the organisation to maintain safe, compassionate and effective services for autistic people and individuals with complex needs.
Pavlos also advises on clinical governance, reflective practice, staff support, training and service quality.
