Our Head Office in situated in Beech Hill, Reading.
We employ teams of dedicated specialist support workers. We have comprehensive training and development plans for staff that equip them with specialist skills and knowledge. What's of paramount importance is that staff share our ethics, morals and values and have commitment to providing the highest quality support possible.

As a family business our business is about our intrinsic and whole-hearted values, We provide person-centred solutions and our hallmark is the personal touch and an inspirational level of service and commitment.

Our vision and mission is the people we support fulfilling their potential in every sense and achieving equal rights in every sense. Our mission is to enable and empower people to live their best life; to live a life full of meaning and purpose. We want people to build meaningful relationships and live meaningful experiences. The quality of someone’s life is the measure of our success. We are a niche provider offering specialist, bespoke services tailored to the strength and needs of individuals.
This group includes people who present with behaviours of concern, Over the years we have developed a workforce and specialisms that mean we are skilled at understanding and meeting peoples needs in a strengths-based, creative and innovative way.We pride ourselves on being the peoples choice and we want our services to be valued because we go that extra mile.

The process of supporting people begins with a comprehensive assessment. For people who present behaviours of concern this includes functional assessment so that the function of their behaviours is as far s possible properly understood. We look at. and consider, peoples behaviours of concern through the Polyvagal Lens. We understand people’s behaviours have served an important function and to change this we need to understand the context and work with them to change this. In the words of Carl Jung :
"Real change comes from within".

All behaviour has a function and understanding this may lead to real opportunities for person centred ways of changing behaviour. This means we need to create the very best environments where people feel safe and valued and as if they belong. This may mean we need to change the environment or teach new skills. Many of the people we support have experienced traumatic experiences and we need to understand this in the context of Trauma Informed Care and Maslow’s Hierarchy (1970). We recognise quality of life is both an outcome and an intervention. When people are living their best life then the likelihood of incidents triggered by externally triggered events is substantially reduced.

We very much recognise the importance of partnerships. Everyone involved has a lot to contribute and offer us. For this reason we aim to involve everyone in everything we do including the day to day running of Jigsaw. We operate in a spirit of co-production. The people we support are really at the heart off all that we do. We are a learning organization and our culture is about professionalism and constant cultural transformation and evolution. Our staff and the people we support have co-produced our vision and our Mission Statement. At our centre is the commitment to reflection growth and continuous development. We are a dynamic organization and we are always ready to listen and learn.
